The Friends of St Cross receive money from a variey of planned events, from the sales at the Tea Bar, from collecting tins, from house to house collections, from donations, from legacies and from The Coventry Building Society 'St. Cross Saver Account'.
This money is spent on donating equipment to the hospital. In its history over £2.6 million has been spent by the Friends, with less than 1% (1p in £1) being spent on administration.
In 2009 over £68,00 was committed for equipment.
